• Quantum Energy Healing: Quantum and remote energy healing works by tapping into the interconnectedness of all energy in the universe, allowing me to activate direct healing energy to a person from a distance, as when we are in the quantum field, time and space do not exist. This process not only addresses energetic imbalances but also supports you in aligning with a new energetic makeup, facilitates shifts in consciousness and guides you to embrace higher frequencies for healing, transformation, and the activation of your true, authentic and innate potential.

• Holistic and Multidimensional Transformation: The quantum field and my ability to support you in healing in that realm, transcends the boundaries of time and space, allowing access to various layers of existence—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual—simultaneously. • We Are Multidimensional Beings: We are multidimensional beings, existing not just in the physical realm (as we often previously thought) but across emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. • Your Higher Self: We all have a Higher Self—an infinite, wise aspect of our being that holds the full spectrum of our experiences, wisdom, and Soul’s journey across all space and time. It is the part of you that knows your true nature, your truth, and that you are an expression of Source, God, Oneness, Love, and Light. When I support you through Quantum Energy Healing, I do so by channeling and receiving guidance directly from your Higher Self. Every healing activation I facilitate is guided by this aspect of you, ensuring that you receive exactly what you need to clear, release, heal, and realign with your Soul’s truth and highest expression. You are the true knower—I simply serve as the translator and facilitator, helping you access the wisdom and healing that already exists within you.

Please come prepared with a specific issue or topic that you want to work on. If you do not have anything specific you want to work on, we can allow your Higher Self to guide and lead the session.

In all sessions, I ground and protect you before we get started.

In the session, I then make a connection with your Higher Self and I channel what information and knowledge your Higher Self shares in needed to be worked on and healed during our time together.

I share with the information and wisdom that I am receiving and identify from your Higher Self, such as what I am clearing, releasing, realigning and working on in the quantum field and on a multidimensional level.

Anything can come through in these sessions, including sometimes Souls who have passed will come in to share a message or offer their support.

I, Abbie, never know what will come to light and am guided by your Higher Self and the Source wisdom that comes through in each session.

I am open to you asking any specific questions you may have about what is coming to light, throughout the session.

A Heart Healing is a comprehensive Quantum Energy Healing Session that is focused on your heart. I release and clear anything that is blocking your heart from being as open and expansive as possible. I have a wide and comprehensive toolbox to understand what could be contributing to your heart being blocked.

Included in this healing is a Heart Wall Clearing. A Heart Wall is a theoretical wall of trapped emotions around our heart. A Heart Wall develops over time as a way to protect ourselves. It is a way that our subconscious mind tries to take care of us when we encounter challenging situations. However, over time this wall of emotions, tends to no longer serve us and keeps us stuck in old patterns and ways of being.

Some symptoms of a Heart Wall are:

• Having been emotionally hurt in the past.

• Feeling a heaviness in or around your heart, chest and shoulders.

• Challenge in experiencing joy and happiness.

• Challenge in connecting with people both romantically and in general.
